Job summary

The Cleaning Authority in Fairview Heights, IL is hiring professional house cleaners to join a stable, well-established local franchise. You will work with a team to clean homes to high standards, with morning shifts starting at 7:45 AM and typically finishing by 4:15–5:15 PM.

Starting pay is $19.00/hour with a guaranteed minimum 33 hours per week, and pay includes tips averaging about $50/week. The role offers paid holidays, vacation accrual, 6 sick days per year, and access to benefits such as

What we offer you:

• $19.00/hour to start (all hours: cleaning, driving, & prep time).
• We are not a commission-based company.
• Starting pay is $700-$775+ per week (before taxes) based on 34-38+ hours per week and $50/week average in tips.
• Pay on Demand - Access to wages available as soon as 1 day after you work!
• Guaranteed minimum 33 hours/week (before taxes or tips)
• No nights! No weekends! Start at 7:45AM daily. Off 4:15-5:15PM typically, but could be later on peak days.
• More paid days off than you've ever had! Paid holidays (at 6 mo's), immediate vacation accrual and 6 sick days a year! One-year employees get 17 paid days per year and five-year employees get 25 paid days per year.
