BSG Maintenance is seeking a Housekeeper - Healthcare in Frazee, MN to provide cleaning, sanitizing, and compassionate service in medical and long-term care facilities. You will work Monday-Friday 8:00am-2:00pm with E/O weekend requirements and perform cleaning duties, report repairs, and interact politely with residents.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred; training available.
• Detail-oriented with high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending and standing for long periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Weekend, holiday, and irregular hours availability.
• Reliable commuting to work when scheduled.
• Driver's license to travel to secondary clinic as needed.

Aufgaben

• Cleaning and sanitizing: dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and disinfecting all assigned areas.
• Trash removal: empty trash bins and replace liners regularly.
• Carpet care: shampooing as needed.
• Reporting: report maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.
• Resident interaction: be polite and helpful to residents and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Compliance: follow safety and sanitation policies and Residents' Rights.
• Teamwork: collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure thorough cleaning.
