BSG Maintenance is seeking a Housekeeper - Healthcare in Frazee, MN to provide cleaning, sanitizing, and compassionate service in medical and long-term care facilities. You will work Monday-Friday 8:00am-2:00pm with E/O weekend requirements and perform cleaning duties, report repairs, and interact politely with residents.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping preferred; training available.
Detail-oriented with high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Physically capable of lifting, bending and standing for long periods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Weekend, holiday, and irregular hours availability.
Reliable commuting to work when scheduled.
Driver's license to travel to secondary clinic as needed.

Responsabilités

Cleaning and sanitizing: dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and disinfecting all assigned areas.
Trash removal: empty trash bins and replace liners regularly.
Carpet care: shampooing as needed.
Reporting: report maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.
Resident interaction: be polite and helpful to residents and respond to inquiries promptly.
Compliance: follow safety and sanitation policies and Residents' Rights.
Teamwork: collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure thorough cleaning.
