Job summary

The Wooten Company, LLC is seeking dedicated Housekeeper/Groundskeeper personnel to maintain a clean, safe environment across the property’s exterior and common areas. Roles include assisting residents and colleagues, debris removal, pool basics, and plant care, with on-site responsibilities in Springfield, MO.

Positions are available on a full-time basis, with competitive hourly compensation ($15.00–$18.00) and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k after 1 year, PTO,

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or groundskeeping preferred.
• Able to perform outdoor and indoor duties.
• Flexible with full-time/part-time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous service to residents and colleagues.
• Keep grounds free of trash and debris.
• Monitor building exteriors and signage.
• Oversee basic pool maintenance.
• Maintain breezeways.
• Remove snow and ice.
• Care for trees and flower beds.
• Manage pet waste and litter removal.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians as needed.

We are excited to expand our team and are actively seeking dedicated individuals for both full-time and part-time Housekeeper/Groundskeeper roles!
In this vital role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment across our property's exterior and common areas.
Key responsibilities include;

• Providing friendly and courteous service to residents and colleagues
• Keeping grounds clear of trash and debris
• Monitoring building exteriors and signage
• Overseeing basic pool maintenance
• Maintaining breezeways
• Performing snow and ice removal
• Caring for trees and flower beds
• Managing pet waste and litter removal
• Collaborating with our Maintenance Technicians as needed.

Compensation and classification are determined by Senior Management and may be adjusted based on operational needs.
