Job summary

Wooten Company in Springfield, MO is seeking a full-time maintenance/groundskeeper to support our property teams. You will provide friendly service to residents and colleagues, keep grounds clean, monitor exteriors and signage, and assist with basic pool maintenance and snow removal.

Daily tasks include caring for trees and flower beds, breezeways, pet waste removal, and collaborating with Maintenance Technicians as needed.

• Keeping grounds clear of trash and debris
• Monitoring building exteriors and signage
• Overseeing basic pool maintenance
• Maintaining breezeways
• Performing snow and ice removal
• Caring for trees and flower beds
• Managing pet waste and litter removal
• Collaborating with our Maintenance Technicians as needed.

Compensation and classification are determined by Senior Management and may be adjusted based on operational needs.
