Job summary

Vivie is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe living spaces for residents in a supportive environment. You will collaborate with the environmental services team, follow infection control procedures, and help residents feel at home with dignity and respect.

Full-time position in Minnesota with 80 hours per pay period and shift from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Competitive pay, benefits, PTO, and opportunities for growth are offered to support your professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or environmental services preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
• Proficient in English to ensure effective communication with residents, team members, and family.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and comfortable living spaces in resident rooms, common areas, and support spaces.
• Support safety and infection control procedures to keep a sanitary environment.
• Document in accordance with regulations and established policies and procedures.
• Attend in-service training and carry out special projects as assigned.

Pay Range:

$15.60 - $19.55/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Housekeeper, You Will

• Maintain Clean and Comfortable Living Spaces - Ensure cleanliness in all areas, including resident rooms, common areas, and other support spaces. Coordinate housekeeping tasks with the housekeeping team, support resident move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Support Safety and Emergency Procedures - Adhere to infection control procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Respect residents’ time, personal space, and belongings, recognizing your role as a guest in their home. Assist in resident evacuations during emergencies.
• Documentation - Document in accordance with regulations and established policies and procedures.
• Other Duties as Assigned - Attend in-service training, carry out special projects as identified. The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.

This Job Also Requires
