Cottages at Palm Springs in Palm Springs, CA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. The role focuses on hygiene, order, and timely cleaning across the community.

The ideal candidate will have prior housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with a customer‑service mindset. Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 7:30am–3:30pm. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated

• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
• Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Check stocking levels of all consumables
• Operate commercial washer and dryer and other cleaning equipment normally associated with position
• Stock laundry and cleaning cart with supplies
• Maintain clean laundry room and keep chemicals in an orderly fashion
• Fold lines and resident clothing articles
• Change resident bedding
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize common areas, common restrooms, and residents' rooms and bathrooms
