Job summary

Allegro Living, LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking a Housekeeper to clean vacant apartments for move-in and maintain weekly cleaning of occupied units, along with common areas according to the community schedule.

The role requires reliability, safety with cleaning equipment, and adherence to the company's drug-free workplace policy; you will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor and contribute to a welcoming, well-kept community at Steele Creek.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Familiar with safe operation of cleaning equipment such as vacuums and spray bottles, and safe use of cleaning chemicals.
• Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
• Community is a drug free workplace with adherence to the Drug Free Workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in using Company Checklist.
• Clean occupied apartments, respite and guest apartments as scheduled using Company Checklist.
• Detail clean halls and other common areas as scheduled or when requested by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Keep laundry rooms and housekeeping/linen rooms clean and organized; clean area behind washer & dryer equipment weekly.
