Job summary

sih is seeking an Environmental Services Lead at our facility in Carbondale, IL to clean and service building areas, manage daily assignments, and supervise staff.

The role includes leading rounds, instructing and training employees, preparing daily assignments, and ensuring a neat, orderly, and sanitary hospital environment. High School diploma or equivalent preferred; compensation ranges with experience.

• Cleans equipment and reports repairs.
• Collects and distributes soiled or clean linen.
• Lead: Serves as back up for Environmental Services Manager or Supervisor.

• Lead: Instruct and train employees.
• Lead: Prepare daily assignments.
• Lead: Performs environmental services duties to maintain the hospital in a neat, orderly and sanitary condition.
