Location: Lehigh Valley Hospital - 1337 Blue Valley Drive, Bangor, PA 18072. Note: online applications only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time; hours may vary, typically 5:00 pm to 1:30 am. Details provided during interview.

Job Summary

Performs light cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and order in establishments such as hospitals, hotels, and restaurants. Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and hallways, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and sanitize trash containers.
• Dispose of trash properly.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make beds and change linens as needed.
• Arrange furniture and amenities per layout.
• Respond to guest requests and housekeeping issues like spills or broken glass.
• Contribute to team efforts and maintain professionalism.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
