We are hiring immediately for a full-time and part-time HOUSEKEEPER position.

Location: Skagit Ambulatory - 300 Hospital Parkway, Mount Vernon, WA 98274. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time; days and hours may vary, including evening shifts. More details provided upon interview.

Requirement: Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.

Pay Range: $17.45 to $23.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.
• Vacuums carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties and cleans trash containers and disposes of trash hygienically.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes beds and changes linens as required.
• Realigns furniture and amenities according to layout.
• Responds to guest queries and housekeeping requests.
• Contributes to team efforts; maintains professionalism.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
