Job Title: Housekeeper

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time HOUSEKEEPER positions at Crothall Healthcare.

Location

Eastern State Hospital - 1350 Bull Lea Road, Lexington, KY 40511

Schedule

Full and part-time schedules available. Must be able to work rotating weekends/holidays from 7:00 am to 11:30 am; Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. More details provided during interview.

Pay Rate

$15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.
• Vacuums carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties and cleans trash containers and disposes of trash hygienically.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes beds and changes linens as needed.
• Realigns furniture and amenities per layout.
• Responds to guest queries and housekeeping issues.
• Contributes to team efforts and maintains professionalism.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
