Job Description: Housekeeper

We are hiring immediately for full-time Housekeeper positions at Crothall Healthcare.

Location: Novant Health Heart & Vascular Institute - 125 Queens Road, Charlotte, NC 28204. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; Days may vary, 4:00 pm to 12:00 am. Rotating weekends. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Prior housekeeping experience required.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

This role involves performing light cleaning duties to maintain hospitals, hotels, and restaurants in a clean and orderly manner. Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, vacuuming, and responding to guest requests.

Essential Duties

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Clean floors, carpets, upholstery, and fixtures.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Make beds and change linens.
• Respond to guest queries and housekeeping issues.
• Contribute to team efforts with professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
