Position Purpose and Summary

The Housekeeper must demonstrate a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. The role involves cleaning guest rooms according to company guidelines and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties

1. Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to guest and associate satisfaction.
2. Performs cleaning of assigned guest rooms adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas to company standards.
4. Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed or directed.
5. Reports maintenance issues and guest property concerns promptly to management.
6. Assists guests and accommodates requests whenever feasible.
7. Follows all safety and security policies.
8. Completes all required training, including Extended Stay University courses.

Other Duties

1. Assists with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned.
2. Maintains overall hotel cleanliness.
3. Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
