We are hiring immediately for full-time HOUSEKEEPER positions at Crothall Healthcare, located at 85 East US Highway 6, Valparaiso, IN 46383. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, with days varying from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Previous cleaning experience in a hospital environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay Range: $15.50 to $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties and cleans trash containers and disposes of trash hygienically.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes beds and changes linens as required.
• Realigns furniture and amenities according to layout.
• Responds to guest queries and housekeeping requests.
• Addresses spills and broken glasses promptly.
• Contributes to team efforts and exhibits professionalism.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
