Job description

Housekeeper (Finance)

Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning floors, dusting, removing trash, wet mopping, waxing, and disinfecting resident apartments, restrooms, and public spaces. Responsibilities include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing carpets, and cleaning surfaces throughout the community.

Additional duties include responding to resident room emergencies and logging cleaning activities as required. Housekeepers interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Compensation

Salary ranges from $16.20 to $18.76, based on skills and experience. Role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities.
