Job summary

Roxbury Treatment Center in Shippensburg, PA, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a Housekeeper to maintain clean and sanitary patient and staff spaces in line with facility policies.

You will perform daily cleaning, sanitizing bedrooms and common areas, stock restrooms, dispose trash, and support deep cleans as needed. Eligible full-time staff may receive a $500 sign-on bonus along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.

• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
• Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness
• Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained
• Clean and stock restrooms
• Collect and remove trash and debris
• Clean/sanitizes patient furniture
• Perform detailed deep cleans when required

Located in Shippensburg, PA, our 112-bed behavioral health facility offers acute psychiatric, detoxification, and rehabilitation services for adults as well as an adolescent inpatient psychiatric program for youth ages 13-17. We also have two substance use disorder outpatient offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg. The Housekeeper maintains assigned areas in a clean sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition providing a suitable environment for the care of patients and staff in accordance with established policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Roxbury.
