Job summary

Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in North Naples, Florida, is seeking a Housekeeper for our gated retirement community. All residents live within the community, so no travel is required. Compensation is up to $17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Join a team focused on compassionate care and a clean, welcoming environment. You will clean resident homes and common areas using specialized equipment, maintain lobby, classrooms, and bathrooms, and support trash disposal.

Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning in residential or commercial settings.
• Ability to safely operate carpet and hard floor care equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
• Willing to undergo Level 2 background screening as required by AHCA.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning resident’s homes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms in Nursing Home.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the Community through the use of specialized equipment.
• Cleaning public bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, fixtures
• Cleaning lobbies/living rooms including vacuuming, high and low dusting, de-cluttering, and removing trash, spot clean walls/windows/switches, baseboards, pictures, lights, HVAC vents.
• Cleaning classrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, white/chalkboards, tables/chairs
• Assisting with the collection, bagging, and disposal of trash, as well as replacing trashcan liners
• Maintaining carpeted surfaces, including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience up to $17.00 / hour
