Job Title: Housekeeper

We are hiring immediately for full-time Housekeeper positions at Crothall Healthcare.

Location: St Francis Medical Center - 309 Jackson Street, Monroe, LA 71201. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time shifts include 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, and 10:00 pm - 6:00 am. Days may vary; more details provided upon interview.

Requirements: Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments such as hospitals, hotels, and restaurants, including making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash hygienically.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make beds and change linens as needed.
• Realign furniture and amenities according to layout.
• Respond to guest queries, requests, and housekeeping issues such as spills or broken glass.
• Contribute to team efforts, demonstrating professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
