Join to apply for the HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME) role at TouchPoint Support Services.

We are hiring immediately for full-time HOUSEKEEPER positions at Dell Children's North Medical Center, located at 9010 North Lake Creek Parkway, Austin, TX 78717. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, rotating weekends. Hours may vary; 1st and 2nd shifts. More details provided upon interview.

Requirements: Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but willing to train!

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.
• Vacuums carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties and cleans trash containers.
• Disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes up beds and changes linens as required.
• Responds to guest queries and requests.
• Responds to housekeeping issues like spills and broken glasses.
• Contributes to team efforts and exhibits professionalism.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
