Job Description:

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning resident apartments, public areas, and laundry services, ensuring a friendly, courteous manner, and adhering to the company's mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities:

• Clean all resident apartments, public, common, and work areas as directed.
• Complete laundry and ironing for residents and the community.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions.

Qualifications:

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass background and health screening, including TB and physical tests.
• Compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols as required.
