Responsibilities:

• Clean resident apartments, public, common, and work areas as directed
• Complete laundry and ironing for residents and the community
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions

Qualifications:

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong desire to work with the elderly
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Pass criminal background and health screening, including physical and TB tests
• May require vaccination and adherence to safety protocols related to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases
