• We are hiring immediately for a full-time HOUSEKEEPER, OVERNIGHT position.
• Location: Englewood Health - 350 Engle Street, Englewood, NJ 07631. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; days may vary, including rotating weekends. 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, ensuring a clean and orderly environment. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers; dispose of trash hygienically.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make beds and change linens as needed.
• Realign furniture and amenities per layout.
• Respond to guest queries and housekeeping requests.
• Address spills and broken items promptly.
• Contribute to team efforts; maintain professionalism.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
