Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a dedicated team member to clean resident apartments, hallways, and common areas in our community in Gresham, Oregon.

You will help prepare empty apartments for new residents, respond promptly to resident needs, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with residents and staff. Training is provided, and English communication is required to interact with residents and teammates.

Qualifications

• No experience? We will train you.
• Clear and effective English communication.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor with residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and common areas.

• Respond quickly to resident and guest needs and requests to ensure satisfaction.

Job Description

• Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
