Join to apply for the HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME) role at Crothall Healthcare.

We are hiring immediately for a HOUSEKEEPER position at Our Lady of the Lake Children's, located at 8300 Constantin Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70809. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, with rotating weekends.

Requirement: Experience preferred.

Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.
• Vacuums carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties and cleans trash containers and disposes of trash hygienically.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes beds and changes linens as required.
• Rearranges furniture and amenities according to layout.
• Responds to guest queries and housekeeping requests.
• Handles spills and broken glass promptly.
• Contributes to team efforts and maintains professionalism.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
