Job summary

NDM Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our vacation home team in Kissimmee, FL. This full-time role focuses on cleaning and preparing luxury vacation homes to brand standards, while ensuring guest comfort and safety.

You will work with a team to meet productivity goals, restock supplies, and maintain high cleanliness. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required; reliable transportation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year housekeeping experience in hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, or residential cleaning.
• Strong knowledge of residential kitchen cleaning and sanitization.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and prepare vacation homes with 4-13 bedrooms according to company standards.
• Work collaboratively with a housekeeping team to complete assigned homes within established productivity goals.
• Perform detailed cleaning of residential kitchens, bathrooms, Living and dining areas, laundry rooms, patios and outdoor areas (as assigned).
• Make beds according to company standards and replace all required linens.
• Restock amenities, towels, linens, and guest supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures regarding chemicals, cleaning equipment, and PPE.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring exceptional quality standards.
• Assist teammates whenever necessary to ensure homes are completed on time.
• Perform final touch-ups before homes are released.

We are currently seeking Housekeepers to join our team full time. The housekeeper is responsible for all housekeeping operations for large resort property. Experience and detail – oriented to join our Vacation Homes Housekeeping Team. This position is responsible for cleaning and preparing luxury vacation homes up to company and brand standards. Maintain positive relationships within the company.
