Job summary

NDM Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance for short-term rental homes, implement SOPs, and coordinate vendor services to ensure rent-ready units. This role requires hands-on supervision of a maintenance team, daily audits, and effective communication across departments.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, supervisory track record, and skills in construction-related maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years experience as supervisor in related field.
• 2 years of hospitality experience.
• 5 years experience in construction regarding residential property and/or commercial property.
• Able to work with hand and power tools.
• Excellent customer service skills in person and via the phone.
• Self-starter and able to innovate new processes.
• Communicate in English; bilingual preferred.
• CPO license and EPA Certification are preferred.
• Proficient with basic software tools (Excel/Word).
• Flexible with long hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of staff, inventory, tools, equipment, and brand standards.
• Create, audit, manage and follow routes for inspection of rental homes.
• Identify, report and repair faults in structural, cosmetic, mechanical, and trim out of rental homes.
• Ensure repairs meet standards by allocating staff and coordinating vendors.
• Maintain 100% Rent Ready status through preventive maintenance and SOP adherence.
• Lead a team of technicians and monitor workflow per SOPs.
• Manage smart home systems and fleet oversight.
• Control department costs and monitor labor to balance business needs.
• Communicate daily activities to Maintenance Manager and other departments.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team.

Assistant Maintenance Manager is described as an individual that can perform and coordinate all maintenance to short term rent ready homes, implement procedures, oversee daily operations, audit staff work completion, manage budgets, coordinate vendor services, and communicate with all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily audits of staff, inventory, tools, equipment, and brand standards.
• Create, audit, manage and follow prescribed routes and guidelines for comprehensive inspection of rental
• Identification, reporting, and repair of faults in structural, cosmetic, mechanical, and trim out of rental homes.
• Assuring satisfactory repairs of defects in units through staff allocation and vendor resources.
• Maintaining 100% Rent Ready status of all units through preventive measures, maintenance of brand standards,
