Job summary

NDM Hospitality in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to clean and prepare luxury vacation homes to brand standards. You will work with a team to ensure timely turnover, maintain pristine kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms, and restock guest supplies.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility to work weekends or holidays. Experience in hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, or residential cleaning is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience in hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, or residential cleaning.
• Strong knowledge of residential kitchen cleaning and sanitization.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and prepare vacation homes with 4-13 bedrooms according to company standards.
• Work collaboratively with a housekeeping team to complete assigned homes within established productivity goals.
• Perform detailed cleaning of residential kitchens, bathrooms, living and dining areas, laundry rooms, patios and outdoor areas (as assigned).
• Make beds according to company standards and replace all required linens.
• Restock amenities, towels, linens, and guest supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures regarding chemicals, cleaning equipment, and PPE.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring exceptional quality standards.
• Assist teammates whenever necessary to ensure homes are completed on time.
• Perform final touch-ups before homes are released.

We are currently seeking Housekeepers to join our team full time. The housekeeper is responsible for all housekeeping operations for large resort property. Experience and detail - oriented to join our Vacation Homes Housekeeping Team. This position is responsible for cleaning and preparing luxury vacation homes up to company and brand standards. Maintain positive relationships within the company.
