Drury Inn & Suites in West Des Moines, IA is hiring full-time and part-time housekeepers. You will keep guest rooms clean, restock supplies, and assist guests to ensure a welcoming stay.

We offer a starting wage of $17.15/hour, quarterly bonuses up to $3,200/year, flexible scheduling, paid time off, hotel discounts and room nights, and a company 401(k) with match. No prior cleaning experience is required, but you must be able to lift 25–35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and cleaning supplies.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Positive attitude and resourcefulness.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms in established standards.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested.
• May assist with laundry or cleaning public areas when needed.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience with friendly, courteous service.
