Job summary

Drury Hotels Company, LLC is seeking an afternoon to evening laundry attendant with both full-time and part-time positions available in West Des Moines, IA. Starting pay is $17.15 per hour, with higher rates for those with experience.

The role requires laundry duties, stock management, and occasional room/public space cleaning, all while delivering excellent guest service. We offer incentives including a quarterly bonus up to $3,200, flexible scheduling, PTO, hotel discounts, and generous growth

Qualifications

Ability to follow verbal directions.
Thorough knowledge of laundry procedures and supplies.
Ability to work with a variety of chemicals and detergents.
Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of laundry duties to provide clean linens for guests, including washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting items.
Keep laundry area clean and organized and manage stock and inventory.
May be asked to assist cleaning rooms or public spaces when needed.
Provide courteous, responsive guest service with a +1 Service Attitude.
Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for our diverse team and guests.
