Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a dedicated environmental service worker in Urbana, IL to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in critical areas such as NICU, L&D, CCU, ED and OR. You’ll perform light floor care, follow life safety procedures, and handle spills and biohazards with proper infection control practices.

Experience with USP 800 and AIDET in patient rooms is a plus. This role offers comprehensive benefits and supports a safe, patient-centered environment across Carle Health facilities.

Salary Range

The compensation range for this position is $16.45per hour - $26.65per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
