Job summary

Alpharus Health is seeking a Housekeeper (Environmental Services Technician) for the Springfield Residential location in IL. Work Monday through Friday, Day Shift, performing cleaning duties, maintaining equipment, and ensuring infection control standards.

Required: at least 6 months of related experience and the ability to work a full-time schedule. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $18.23 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and regular performance reviews.

• Using materials and supplies in accordance with manufacturer’s directions and following Infection Control policies and procedures

Location:Springfield Residential -2200 Lake Victoria Dr, Springfield, IL 62703

• Residential Center - Adult Male and Female population

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Job Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds on an hourly basis.
• Ability to stoop, bend, kneel and crouch.
• Ability to reach and grasp objects.
• Ability to stand for at least thirty minutes at a time.
• Work requires pushing or pulling supply cart(s) on a daily basis.

Compensation (based on experience):

• $15.00 - $18.23 per hour
• Starting rates are determined based on years of experience, qualifications, and relevant skills.
• Alpharus Health conducts annual performance reviews, with merit increase eligibility determined by employee performance and organizational financial performance.
