Presbyterian Healthcare Services is hiring a Housekeeper/Environmental Services Tech at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis, NM. This full-time role focuses on creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities include maintaining areas to standards, following infection control procedures, and supporting supply and linen management. Education is a high school diploma or GED with minimal prior experience in institutional housekeeping.

• Less than one year of institutional housekeeping experience preferred.

Operating Room Summary:

In this role, you’ll perform a variety of environmental services duties while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and quality throughout the facility.

Type of Opportunity: Full time Job Exempt: No Job is based: Plains Regional Medical Center Work Shift: Days (United States of America)

Responsibilities:

• Maintains all areas according to departmental standards.
• Ensures proper infection control procedures when processing linen, trash, medical waste, and performing cleaning tasks.
• Demonstrates awareness and understanding of the PI Program, Excellence in Action, Competencies, and the Mission & Vision of PRMC.
• Maintains and uses housekeeping equipment properly and safely.
• Reports pertinent information to the supervisor or appropriate authority.
• Performs departmental record keeping.
• Performs all duties necessary to ensure appropriate linen and supply levels.
• Performs floor care.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma and/or GED. Less than one year experience in institutional housekeeping
