North Platte Valley Medical Center (NPVMC) is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team. Our Environmental Services Department is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining a clean hospital environment in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner. The department also manages an onsite laundry facility.

The ideal candidate has experience, enjoys working independently or as part of a team, is well-spoken, energetic, and personable.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the medical facility, including patient rooms, bathrooms, and dining areas.
2. Pick up and empty trash containers.
3. Load washer and dryer as needed.
4. Notify maintenance if equipment is not functioning properly.

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods and reach, bend, lift, and pull.
