Position Summary

Performs cleaning tasks for assigned areas, following established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Cleans, mops, and scrubs hard surface floors.
2. Maintains carpets by vacuuming; may operate carpet extractor.
3. Collects and disposes of trash.
4. Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and replenishing supplies.
5. Cleans and sanitizes restrooms.
6. Sanitizes C-Diff patient rooms using specified products and changes cubicle curtains.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Requires physical stamina.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain cleaning equipment.
• Ability to comply with insurance requirements to operate LMH vehicles.
