Job summary

Oak Park Place is seeking a Housekeeper/Driver to support our Oak Creek and Wauwatosa locations. You will assist our maintenance team, prepare rooms for new residents, and drive residents to appointments. The role covers groundskeeping, carpet cleaning, and light maintenance across the campus.

A friendly, customer-focused approach and a valid driver's license are required. We offer competitive pay, health/dental/vision benefits, disability and life insurance, generous PTO and 401k eligibility

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in facilities management or maintenance preferred.
• Experience in customer service.
• Friendly manner and desire to be around and help our residents.

This position will work between our Oak Creek (1980 Rawson Ave) and Wauwatosa (1621 Rivers Bend) locations

We are looking for a Housekeeper/Driver to help us at our beautiful Oak Creek and Wauwatosa location. You will be responsible for helping our maintenance team maintain the grounds, getting rooms ready for new residents, driving residents to appointments and other light maintenance duties as assigned. This position will work in all areas of our campus.

Requirements
