Clear Vista Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Day shift Housekeeper/EVS Technician to support a clean, healing environment in Lorain, OH. The role focuses on patient rooms, nursing stations, and common areas with infection‑prevention standards.

You will perform terminal cleans, assist with room turnover, and coordinate with daytime teams to keep care plans moving, ensuring smooth discharges when applicable.

Qualificações

• Hospital EVS or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift; commitment to detail and safety.
• Respect for patient privacy and property.

Responsabilidades

• Clean patient rooms, nursing stations, bathrooms, and common areas to infection‑prevention standards.
• Perform terminal cleans and room turns between admissions; track tasks on rounding sheets.
• Handle biohazard waste and laundry per policy; replenish supplies.
• Report maintenance and safety concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
• Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.
