Qualifications

• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping practices.

• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds when required.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and laundry rooms daily.
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces to maintain hygiene.
• Prepare vacant units by cleaning and sanitizing kitchens, baths, bedrooms, living areas, appliances, fixtures.
• Ensure vacancies are move-in ready.
• Manage linens and towels in designated areas.
• Maintain laundry rooms and inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Dispose of trash and monitor waste in designated containers.
• Report safety concerns and maintenance needs promptly.
• Document cleaning schedules and supply inventory.
