NALS Apartment Homes in Port Orchard, WA is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of Mariner's Glen. You will clean offices, common areas, model apartments, and prepare refreshments each morning.

This role requires at least 1 year of related experience, exposure to all weather, and physical stamina to lift up to 25 lbs. The position offers a competitive hourly wage with benefits and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or related field.
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather.
• Medium to heavy work with lifting up to 25 lbs.
• 40-hour work week.
• Ability to ascend/descend ladders and stairs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and dust the office, clubhouse, laundry facility, barbecue grills and all common areas daily in the morning.
• Prepare coffee and other refreshments for the opening of the office.
• Clean all model apartments on a weekly basis.
• Water any plants outside the model entrance twice a week or as needed.
• Clean apartment units including kitchen and bathrooms to ensure cleanliness of make-readies.
• Ensure all make-readies are cleaned properly and promptly.
• Perform additional duties, responsibilities or projects as assigned.
