Job summary

Heron’s Key in Gig Harbor, WA, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper. The role features regular attendance, resident-focused cleaning, and help with laundry and meal-related areas. You will work Friday through Tuesday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off and weekend work required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three months housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
• Good judgment and ability to learn quickly.
• Able to work independently or in a team; strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning of resident living areas: vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and trash removal.
• Make beds and change linens; clean large appliances.
• Disinfect medical equipment and restock supplies.
• Do resident laundry and assist Health Services and Food & Beverage as needed.
• Provide pet care, distribute water, and assist with restocking bathroom supplies.
