Arrow Senior Living Mallard Point in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking a dedicated full-time Housekeeper to keep resident areas clean, safe, and welcoming. You will restore order, tidy rooms and common areas, and help create a home-like environment for residents.

The ideal candidate is 18+, has a high school diploma or equivalent, can read and communicate in English, and presents a positive, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading, writing and communication at least 8th grade level.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a housekeeping cart.
• Health screening within 6 months prior to employment and TB test clear.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping services to residents to keep rooms and spaces clean, comfortable and welcoming.
• Ensure housekeeping areas, from lobby to break room, are tidy and organized at all times.
