Job summary

Qualifications

• Age 18 or over.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.
• Health screening and TB test results as required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, common areas and offices to ensure cleanliness.
• Follow safety signage and PPE policies; use protective equipment.
• Report health, safety or sanitation concerns to supervisor.
