The role includes following established procedures, assisting with laundry, and maintaining a welcoming environment for residents and staff. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with strong English communication and a customer-service mindset valued.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English clearly and professionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, common areas, and offices to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Follow safety policies, PPE usage, and SDS guidelines.
• Greet residents warmly and assist with requests while maintaining professional image.
• Perform laundry services for residents as scheduled or needed.
