Job summary

The Forest at Duke is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and beauty of the facility and resident homes. You will join a Forest Team focused on supporting residents to lead healthy, active, purposeful lives.

As a Forest Team Member, you’ll contribute to a caring community, build strong relationships with residents, and uphold a high standard of service through teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior experience at a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and/or housekeeping experience is highly desired.
• Ability communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Can-do spirit; able to build positive relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
• Customer service focus; able to resolve conflict/issues without becoming emotional or defensive.
• Strong time management skills; able to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Team player; happy to help others when needed.
