Consumer Direct Care Network in Portage, Wisconsin is seeking a reliable and compassionate Direct Care Worker to assist with housekeeping tasks and transportation for outings. Location: Portage, WI; Schedule: 6.5 hours per week, afternoons preferred, can be split into multiple shifts.

Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Currently hiring for a reliable and compassionate provider to assist with housekeeping tasks and provide transportation for outings.

Location: Portage, WI

Schedule: 6.5 hours per week. Preference of afternoons, can be split up into multiple shifts
