Job summary

Cristal Clear Cleaning LLC. is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team. You will travel to customers' homes to provide a range of cleaning services and deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and efficiency.

You will have an eye for detail and strive to exceed customer expectations while maintaining a professional appearance and punctuality. Flexible work hours and potential for advancement are available as the company supports training and development.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites.
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Effectively use provided equipment to clean customer homes.
• Clean all surfaces in the home including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors.
• Ability to kneel or crouch to clean floors in kitchens and bathrooms.
• Vacuum stairs, carpet, hard floors, and furniture.
• Move movable furniture to clean underneath and behind.
• Transport cleaning products and equipment to/from office, vehicle, and homes.
• Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment.
• Maintain a positive work climate, wear uniform, be dependable and on time.

Responsibilities

• Effectively use provided equipment -- including vacuums and cleaning solutions -- to clean customer homes
• Clean all surfaces in the home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor
• Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms
• Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture
• Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind
• Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homes
• Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time

Job Notes

• Housekeepers are paid by-the-project
• Project location will vary day-to-day but we build schedules with the intention of keeping traveling distance to a minimum
• Flexible work hours
• Peak work hours from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Opportunity to move up into higher roles
