CITY ZERO LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team in Miami, FL. You will travel to customers' homes to perform a variety of cleaning services and provide exceptional customer service with integrity and efficiency.

You will maintain high standards of cleanliness, handle cleaning equipment, and ensure timely, reliable service. A focus on attention to detail and a positive attitude is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning homes is preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to read and follow cleaning instructions.
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work around pets and cleaning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Effectively use provided equipment to clean customer homes.
• Clean all surfaces in the home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor.
• Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms.
• Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture.
• Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind.
• Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homes.
• Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and be on time.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes. You will be traveling to customers' homes and providing a variety of cleaning services.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
• Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions
