Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member for Cascade Inn on the Day Shift, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM. Earn between $17.13 and $18/hour, depending on experience, with full-time benefits.

You will clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas, handle laundry cycles, and support supply preparation. The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
• Prior housekeeping and laundry experience is a plus.
• Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and disinfect assigned areas, furnishings, and fixtures in resident apartments and common areas
• Periodically clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors
• Use a dry mop, wet mop, broom, or vacuum to clean floors, routinely and when incidents occur
• Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms in resident apartments and common areas
• Perform the full cycle process for both residential and commercial laundry
• Discard trash, medical waste, and recycling
• Mix, properly use, and dispose of cleaning chemicals
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as necessary

Who You Are

You enjoy providing exceptional cleaning services. This role is responsible for cleaning an assigned number of apartments/rooms, designated common areas, and assisting with housekeeping supply preparation and cart readiness.
