Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking an enthusiastic team member for The Park at Belle Harbour's Housekeeping Department. This full-time role offers day shifts (Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM or Sun-Thu 8AM-5PM) and an hourly wage between $20 and $22, dependent on experience.

The position involves cleaning apartments and common areas, assisting with supply preparation and cart readiness, and contributing to a safe, comfortable living environment for residents. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
• Prior housekeeping and laundry experience is a plus.
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and disinfect assigned areas in resident apartments and common areas.
• Periodically clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors.
• Use a dry mop, wet mop, broom, or vacuum to clean floors.
• Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms.
• Perform the full cycle process for both residential and commercial laundry.
• Discard trash and recycling; mix, use, and dispose of cleaning chemicals properly.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as necessary.

Who You Are

You enjoy providing exceptional cleaning services. This role is responsible for cleaning an assigned number of apartments/rooms, designated common areas, and assisting with housekeeping supply preparation and cart readiness.
