The resort also has an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve, and the new Shorty's opened in 2024. What You'll Do:

Let's be honest - this is physical work. You’ll be moving, cleaning, bending, lifting, and walking a lot. But if you take pride in a job well done and like to see immediate results from your efforts, this is that kind of role.

1. Show up on time, ready to go. Reliability matters here.
2. Clean and reset guest rooms like a pro—replace linens, restock amenities, and make sure everything looks and feels right.
3. Keep the common areas clean and inviting.
4. Tackle the dust, the dirt, and the smudges. We notice—and our guests do too.
5. Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
6. Keep an eye out for anything broken or out of place and report it so we can fix it fast.
7. Know your cleaning materials and follow safety protocols—always.
8. Pitch in wherever needed. We’re a team, and we help each other out.
